Betsy Dulin is an attorney and professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, construction, and environmental fields, with a specialization in infrastructure projects. She has represented clients in a wide variety of contracting, administrative, permitting, governmental relations, professional liability, and dispute resolution matters, and is experienced in all aspects of traditional and innovative project delivery, including design-build and P3.  Clients have included contractors, A/E design firms, universities, and local/state/federal government agencies.
