Harrison Hubard Jr.

Harrison Hubard, Jr., a lifelong Richmonder, is an experienced trial lawyer representing individuals on personal injury, traffic violation, criminal and parole cases.

Following his graduation from VMI, Hubard served two years active duty in the U.S. Army, before attaining his law degree from University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law. He founded Hubard, Samuels & Lewane’s predecessor law firm in 1973.      
  
Hubard has successfully handled numerous personal injury cases, of varying complexities.

His criminal practice has won his clients acquittals in cases ranging from capital murder to misdemeanor and traffic offenses. He pays personal attention to every aspect of a case, including investigation and photographic documentation.

Hubard has been a frequent speaker on parole and post-conviction law for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and Virginia State Bar’s Continuing Legal Education courses.
