“Ben represented me in a personal injury suit. We sued for medical costs, lost wages and pain and suffering following an auto accident where the other driver ran a stop light at 50 mph and hit me broadside. I suffered a herniated disc and nerve damage to my right arm. Ben was most helpful, kept me informed of all my options each step of the way. We are now waiting for a final settlement number from the insurance company.”

He consulted with me regarding getting generous compensation for my totaled vehicle and a settlement based upon my injuries and medical bills. Mr. Tyree kept me informed regarding how the case was progressing, he contacted me regarding what I would consider a just settlement, and he handled all aspects of the case for me, including repayment to Medicare for medical bills they had paid. He was very professional. I felt very well represented. I will contact him again if I need legal services in the future. I highly recommend him.”
